Everything you need to know about how your AMBITION order travels to you — and how to send something back if it isn't right.
Shipping
- Processing time
- Orders are usually prepared for shipment within 2 to 5 business days after being placed. Custom or limited-stock pieces may need a little extra time.
- Delivery time
- Once prepared, orders are typically delivered within 1 to 10 business days, depending on the destination city.
- Tracking
- A tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its status the whole way to your door.
- Where we ship
- AMBITION ships worldwide to 180+ destinations. Duties and taxes for international orders may be collected at delivery, depending on your country.
- Delivery details
- Please make sure your address, postal code and phone number are correct at checkout. If information is incorrect, the customer is responsible for any correction and reshipment costs.
- Delays
- We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, public holidays or courier issues. If anything goes wrong, our team will reach out to help resolve it.
Returns
- Return window
- Pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
- How to return
- Email us at info@ambitnhouse.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process. Return shipping is arranged with our team.
- Refunds & exchanges
- Once your return is received and checked, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Need a different size? Reach out and we'll help you exchange where stock allows.
